According to Article 7, Section I, Chapter V of title XIV “Transparency of Information” of Codification and Resolution of Superintendency of banks ant ensurences and Bank Board; Financial Institution, must present this complaint within fifteen (15) days if it's within the country, and two (2) months, if it's international. If your request is not taken care of within these time frames, you have the right to go directly to the offices of Superintendency the banks and the ensurance
